Bellevue WA, Nov. 16, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Codeproof Technologies, a leading cloud based enterprise mobile security provider, today announced platform integration with Google’s Android for Work. Codeproof partnered with Google to integrate Google Playstore and Google EMM APIs within its platform. With this release, Codeproof cloud-based EMM solution can now be used to remotely secure and manage all devices powered by the Android operating system.

Codeproof offers a SaaS enterprise mobile security software to small and mid-sized enterprises to a global customer-base. Codeproof empowers businesses to easily secure, deploy and manage mobile applications and corporate data on various mobile and IoT devices.

“Since the launch of Android marshmallow, Google has built powerful enterprise mobility management controls in the Android Operating system. Codeproof has extended these controls and offers enterprise customers a seamless and modern mobile device management and mobile application management experience” said CEO Satish Shetty. “With this launch, mobile enterprises now can provision and manage all brands of Android devices from a central cloud dashboard”.

With the Android for work integration, our customer can leverage the following benefits:

1. IT administrators can purchase mobile apps from Google Playstore and silently distribute them to all the enrolled devices/users from the Codeproof cloud platform dashboard.

2. IT administrators can whitelist/blacklist applications in individual and collective device, including blocking of pre-installed default non-business apps.

3. IT Administrators can remotely control device hardware component policies pertaining to USB, WiFi, GPS, Developer Mode, Safe Mode boot, Factory reset, Call and SMS, Camera and Encryption, among others.

4. Work and personal container separation allows IT Administrators to manage BYOD devices with work related apps and personal apps in different containers. This capability improves corporate data security by separating data between business and personal apps.

5. COSU(Corporate-owned-Single-use) policies enable IT administrators to manage corporate owned single usage device for kiosk purposes.

6. Codeproof now supports Google’s latest “Zero touch provisioning” where IT administrator can provision thousands of devices without necessitating input of any enrollment data. This makes device enrollment a snap.
