Review: JustIn Power Banks

A few weeks ago I received the JustIn Power Banks to review. These are relatively low priced and I’ve tested the 2,000 mAh and the 6,000 mAh power banks. Let’s start off with the packaging.

The packaging looks like cheap dollar store packaging that makes you not want to buy it. They’ve definitely cheaped out on the packaging and it just looks, bad. JustIn is a brand from “Innovative Technology”, a company I’ve never heard of before. The logo for JustIn has a lightning bolt in it.

First off is the 2,000 mAh power bank. This is good for carrying around as it’s extremely slim and the design is ok. One thing that I don’t really care for is I have to use their cable and then connect it to my own cable. It has a female to female USB adapter and the supplied cable looks quite low end. The design of the 2,000 mAh power bank is good with beautiful blue LED’s when it’s turned on and a brushed metallic finish. It comes in a leather wallet case which is an additional touch. With 2,000 mAh, it can provide most smartphones a single charge when required.

Now let’s talk about the 6,000 mAh power bank. This thing is ugly and heavy. It’s also a fingerprint magnet with the glossy finish. It’s not comfortable to carry around in your back pocket like some of the Anker power banks. It looks very OEM like with their logo printed on the top. It provides about 3 full charges to the standard smartphone, but man is it ever ugly.

Overall, I suggest looking for a different power bank supplier, like Anker. Check out the Anker power bank review if you’re interested in a quality product that looks good, is functional and is adequately priced and most of all, charges your devices quickly. There’s also the PowerPractical Pronto which will be very interesting… Combined rating: {rating}
