Review: YumaLite Light Therapy

A few weeks ago, I received the YumaLite to try out for review. The YumaLite is a light therapy device that is portable and says to cure SAD, also known as seasonal affective disorder. While I was not personally told that I have this disorder, and I know that I don’t, I know that a lot of people do who live up north and don’t see much sunshine during the winter.

Apparently you’re supposed to have good feelings when using YumaLite, it did work on me slightly, so yes the product does do what it says. The light replaces the loss of Vitamin D.

I’ll have to admit though that yes, the product does work given the increase that I experienced. The product design is cool and has two lights, a red and a white light and the battery life is phenomenal! It runs for $99.99 so go pick one up here now! {rating}
