Panasonic has just announced the Lumix SZ5 Compact Wifi Camera. It has a 10x optical zoom, brings wi-fi connectivity for file sharing and allows you to connect it to your smartphone.

It is also able to connect to your smartphone and make it a wireless router. It can shoot videos and photos remotely using the LUMIX LINK application for iOS and Android. It also has the capability to live stream at 30fps via your smartphone.

It has a 25mm ultra-wide angle LEICA DC VARIO-ELMAR lens with Intelligent Resolution Technology that allows Intelligent Zoom up to 20x. You have also got a 14.1 MP CCD sensor and the Venus Engine. It also has Intelligent iA,  Auto Retouch abilities, and more.

There will also be an online cloud service that owners will have access to, known as LUMIX CLUB. It connects with Twitter, Facebook, Picasa, YouTube, and Flickr. The device is DLNA capable and will be available soon.
